This months top non food purchases

This month a large amount of my money has been spent on food and dinners out, so these are the things that i bought that I didn't eat!

I am leaving school next month and leavers day is creeping near! So last weekend I decided that it was time to get my whole outfit sorted! I went up to Canterbury with my mum to find my dress and stop off for a little cafe rouge along the way, yum! These are my almighty shoes and i'm in love with them. Being a mint coloured espadrille wedge lets just hope I can walk in them! They match perfectly with my dress that i've gotten but nothing else is going to be revealed till the day! Look out for photos in the next few weeks... Also available on the Deichmann website, so click HERE for these bargain wedges.

I normally stick to the same body spray but I thought to mix it up a little now springs here because my regular Impulse tease was starting to bore me. Being a really fruity nice sweet smelling body fragrance. I swear I'm probably the only one that goes into great thought about which everyday body spray to use...Anyway available pretty much anywhere (like local drugstore or supermarket) or HERE if you're in dire need to get it this second.

Over the month I've obtained various beads and i'm in love with them! I personally put them a few at a time in my hair (photos can be found on My Instagram.) Mainly coming from my local haberdashery, you can buy the skull beads HERE off etsy, so anyone can make jewelry with them or use them however they wish!

My last but most definitely not least Item this month are... my multicoloured stained glass earrings! These were given to me as a gift and I'm totally in love with them. Changing colour depending on the light, they're elegant and can make any outfit look fancier. Similar ones available off etsy HERE, or a necklace version instead HERE.

Cheese on Toast. Nom.

Today I'm here to help you on a really serious matter. Cheese on toast! I am a total freak when it comes down to cheese on toast, so I think it's time that you become one too. Here are three twists to the classic cheese on toasts, that you'd be mad not to try...

My top 3 'Adventurous' Cheese Toasts:

1.) Classically Red:
This is your average Cheese toasty but instead of a normal Cheddar use a red cheese instead, then finely chop up tomatoes and sprinkle. The mouth watering blend of melted cheese with crisp toast and oozing with flavour and toasted flavoursome tomato...Now I'm hungry.

2.) Cranberry Craver:
If you like Cranberries this is a must munch! I find that my fridge is always left with wild cheeses, at the second, to my delight Cranberry Stilton. To make the perfect 'Cranberry Craver' I recommend adding onto a buttered slice of toast a mix of Cheddar and Cranberry Stilton. For bursting flavors of Cranberry add Cranberry sauce (The stuff you have with Turkey) to the base of your toast (you can use this instead of butter.) LUSH!
To go the extra mile why not try putting in some cooked bacon? Nom...

3.) Tomato and balsamic vinegar Toasty:
Opposed to the regular tomato and cheese toasty, add on some balsamic vinegar to make an italian feast for a snack. It gives a rich taste that blends with the melted cheese that's perfect for any foodie. To make it look that little bit more appetizing, sprinkle some spicy rocket that gives it a delicious kick at the end. Go on, try it?

I hope this has made you hungry because it has most definitely made me!

So long that springs blossomed!

It's been almost a month since i've posted, however in my defence i have been incredibly busy with photoshoots, meeting up with friends and the much loved EASTER! But now spring has neared so i think it's time to make a cheeky post on sunglasses!
Even if it's not hot quite yet, the sun is still there and it's been shining away for the past few days. So i recommend if not done so already, invest in those sunglasses! To give you a helping a hand i've selected my favourites all available to be bought online. Perfect!

Cassie Sunglasses:

Cassie Ainsworth is a character in the brilliant tv show Skins, with her returning to UK tv for the seventh Series. So why not get hot on her style now with sunglasses she wore in the first series. Vintage!

Give Tortoise shell a whirl?

Always being a classic pattern but with this style it might give it a new fresh look? Being one of my favourite pairs i've seen so far, Next have impressed me once again. Not only because of the style but because of the price too! I'd say these are the summer musts! Buy them Here!

Top 3 girl crushes

I thought it was about time to show off the top 3 people that I aspire to, as who we look up to plays a huge role on the self that we are. So without another second wasted here are my top 3 girl crushes (in no particular order)

Alexa Chung:

Who doesn't have a girl crush on Alexa Chung? Seriously... Always looking stunning and never having a bad wardrobe day, I think that this girl crush is most definitely justified! Also having dated the legendary Alex Turner the envy of her just increases and increases!

Gillian Zinser:

This came about via 90210 where I loved her playing the role of Ivy, then after a little Tumblr searching of her I discovered that she had her own Tumblr, that I absolutely now adore! Always having really good tunes and funky pictures, it is the type of classy Tumblr I ought to aspire too. Click here for Gillians Tumblr

Fearne Cotton:

Fearne, Fearne, Fearne, what can I say? Well she's utterly cool and makes Radio1 even more worth listening to. Also dead stylish, even now she's expecting a baby! Having a great sense in music, I just can't get enough!

Although only a short inside post to my top 3 girl crushes I hope you enjoyed!

Obtaining jewellery of a classy standard

I don't think I am alone when it comes to absolutely loving jewellery! So I decided that after sorting out my bedroom that I'd do a post on my favourite 3 'obtained' jewellery pieces!

Making it to it's much much much deserved first place spot is a piece that I've had so centuries!
The beautiful pearl necklace. This I obtained as a young child off of my Nana when we used to play jewellery shops. So here is the elegant gem:

Numero dos! This is my tribal favourite, obtained as a birthday gift donkeys years ago, from my long time best friend in a hamper filled with other treasures. Thank you muchly for this one:

Thirdly, my Rhino amulet. This hasn't got a cool story but I'll try to make it sound interesting... As I was running extremely early for a rendezvous with my dentist, I decided to take a prolonged search through a charity store. Upon my search I came across many a dazzling piece, however I only had £2 on me as the train ticket was overly priced. Almost disappointed with myself for not finding anything I walked head down towards the door (the shame of not buying anything I ogled ) Almost foot out of the store I stopped and saw this wooden Amulet and scooped it up. To my relief was only £1.50! BARGAIN... So this is how my Rhino Amulet found its way home to it's rightful owner (me) and here's the evidence:

Hopefully you liked my pieces as much as i do!

The new year, a couple days in.

It's now a couple days into the new year and so far we've survived (well I'm presuming that you have, otherwise I'm baffled as to how you're reading my post.) So I'd like to congratulate you and wish you a happy new year, although it may be a few days late on my behalf.
Today I decided now that school is back into full swing, I'd like to bring up the oh so familiar 'New Year Resolutions.' Kick starting with my ones:

1.) Read 150 books - So far I have started 1, which for those that are interested, it is John Greens 'Paper Towns'. SO FAR INTRIGUED!
2.) Keep my room tidy - Which is already proving to be a challenge as I as you'll possibly get to know am the most untidy human one could ever meet.
3.) Enjoy life a little bit more (Euphoria) - This one I thought was sweet and a good idea to set myself on, because who wants to make their resolution; "Be a sad miserable toad and slump around till 2014"?
4.) Learn and grow - For those that actually know me I really needn't literally grow, otherwise I will have to slump underneath a door frame to get through. Which doesn't seem like an exiting thing to do and it'll also be bad on my already awful posture!
5.) Yellow - Interpret this as you wish however, I've done so as buying a new bag in the most vibrant of Yellows and invested in some extra-ordinarily bright nail varnish. Retail therapy is a must!

Actually I ought to leave you on this note, as I don't want to already break one of my new years resolutions this early and tidy thy room, as there are lingering 3 glasses, 2 plates and a pile of laundry to hang up!

Obviously,
Marmie Bell! xx

P.s: Leave your New Year Resolutions in the comments box, I'd love to hear them!
